We are excited to announce that starting this January our Goat Cheese production is moving to Bali! woohoo! From the very beginning we were making cheese in an urban environment, with the usual hustle bustle of the city. This year we are aiming to move all of our production to Bali to make us closer to Nature. Hopefully this will make our baby cheeses more happy, stress free and thus they will pleasure you even more with their new tasting notes.
We are working together with our partner farms in Bali & East Java to supply us with the freshest and most natural milks. All the fresh air, abundance natural feeds literally will make a difference to the quality of the milk therefore results in more delicious cheese.
