Goat Cheese Stuffed Mini Peppers !

Bali is on heat! In this kind of day, it’s perfect to eat something spicy yet simple.

Try this Goat Cheese Stuffed Mini Peppers!

With only 3 simple ingredients, it’s both an easy and delicious appetizer.

A great mix between spicy, creamy, sweet and a little bit tangy.

  • 1 pound of Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (halved and remove the seeds)
  • 8 ounces of Chevre (Goat Cheese)
  • 1 finely chopped Jalapeno ( try chili, or you can get creative with it!)
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat, around 400 degrees F
  • Oil the grates, then place the peppers cut side up for about 5 minutes per side or until it softens and has that nice grill marks
  • In a bowl, mix together the chevre and chopped jalapeno
  • Stuff each pepper with the mixture, serve immediately
