Milton is made from fresh goat's milk and fermented naturally. This is our own version of Bloomy rind goat cheese. It has a full-subtle flavor with slightly moist and crumbly texture. This cheese is aged for a minimum of 24 days to develop the flavor.
The name Milton came from a vibrant suburb in Brisbane- Australia near the CBD area. The cheese is great on cheeseboard, crumble on top of salad, quiche, crusted with your favourite herbs & spices or paired it with something sweet like honey or dried fruits.
Shelf Life: 1 months store in the fridge at 4C. This cheese is only wrap in a loose plastic packaging so that they can breath and keep growing. After opening please re-wrap them in their plastic packaging so they wont dry out.
