Chevre is a fresh Goat cheese made from fresh goat's milk and fermented naturally. The taste of our chevre is unique, tart and full of earthy flavour. We only use a hint of salt to the cheese, therefore you can taste purely our beautiful Indonesian goats milk.
Serving suggestions : crumble on top of salad, quiche, crusted with your favourite herbs & spices or paired it with something sweet like honey or dried fruits. This is our best-selling cheese to some of Indonesia’s top Restaurants & Hotels.
Shelf Life: 1 month vacuum pack. Store in the fridge at 4C at all time. After the package is open, please store it in a tight plastic wrap. This will last up to 2 weeks.
