The Cheese Boutique by Rosalie was founded by wife & husband, Ayu & Arry. The space was curated to create a bustling gathering place to indulge and engage in thoughtful conversations with our team about cheese produces by Rosalie Cheese and Indonesian Cheese Culture.

Enjoy our ready to eat food with cheese as the main ingredients, cheese platter, cheese tasting experience as well as individual cheese to take home. Gift giving with us with our artisan food hampers (oleh-oleh khas bali) created with sincerity with traditional Balinese packaging.

Rosalie Cheese produce Natural Indonesian cheese from farm fresh ingredients with a unique twist on local flavour. Handmade in Bali partnering with local farmer in Bali & East Java.
