Indonesian Cheese & Chocolate Pairing

*Minimum 4 person, multiple applied
 

We will introduce the guest with the Introduction of Indonesian Cheese (History, type, and trend). Followed by the basic cheese pairing knowledge.
 

There will be 3 different types of cheese. We will start tasting them and pair them with different types of condiments (Chocolates, Crackers, etc). Discuss the difference in taste, texture, and aroma.

LOCATION: Our Shop (Cheese Boutique by Rosalie) is located in Sanur, easily accessible: 15 minutes from Kuta, 25 minutes from Seminyak, 45 minutes from Canggu and 50 minutes from Ubud.
