Indonesian Cheese Tasting & Pairing
 

We will introduce the guest with the Introduction of Indonesian Cheese (History, type, and trend). Followed by the basic cheese pairing knowledge.
 

There will be 3 different types of cheese. We will start tasting them and paired them with different types of condiments (Crackers, fruit preserve, etc). Discuss the difference in taste, texture, and aroma.

    Information about history, trends, the making off, and the taste of Indonesian Cheese of Rosalie Cheese    

    Personal cheese platter with 3 kinds of cheese and tropical fruit preserves

LOCATION: Our Shop (Cheese Boutique by Rosalie) is located in Sanur, easily accessible: 15 minutes from Kuta, 25 minutes from Seminyak, 45 minutes from Canggu and 50 minutes from Ubud.
