This is our own version of Bloomy rind goat cheese. 

The cheese is great on cheeseboard, crumble on top of salad, quiche, crusted with your favourite herbs & spices or paired it with something sweet like honey or dried fruits.

Shelf Life: 3 months vacuum pack. Store in the fridge at 4℃ at all time. 

After the package is open, please store it in a tight plastic wrap. This will last up to 2-3 weeks.
