Cheese Spring Roll 

Ingredients
•  Springroll sheets
•  Cheddar
•  Sugar
•  Plain flour

Instructions

1. Mix a few spoonfuls of flour with some water until a creamy sticky mixture forms and set aside.

2. Cut the cheddar into strips

3. Place a strip of cheddar on a spring roll sheet and sprinkle some sugar on top. Fold the sheet around the cheese strip and seal the ends with a little bit of the flour mixture.


Choose the option to deep fry or use the airfryer

For deep frying:
Heat a pan with a layer of oil which comes to at least half of the rolls thickness. When the oil is hot, carefully place the rolls in the oil and fry until golden brown. Turn them over one by one, and fry the other side until golden brown. When they are done, drain them on kitchen paper.

For the airfryer:Preheat the airfryer to 175 degrees celsius. Grease the rolls with some oil and place them in the airfryer. Bake for 5-8 minutes until the layer is crispy and drain them on kitchen paper before serving.
