All our cheeses are made using microbial rennet and cultures, suitable for vegetarians and compliant with Halal standards.

We craft our cheeses naturally, allowing time for slow fermentation to develop depth of flavour—without any preservatives or artificial additives.

Storage Instructions

Always store cheese in the refrigerator at or below 4°C to maintain freshness and safety


Shelf Life (Unopened, in Original Packaging)

o   Hard Cheese: Up to 8 months

o   Bloomy Rind Cheese: Up to 3 months

o   Fresh Cheese: Up to 4 months

After Opening

Once opened, rewrap the cheese tightly in plastic wrap or beeswax wrap. Minimize exposure to air to help prevent mold and drying out.


If Mold Appears

For hard cheeses, gently scrape off any surface mold with a clean knife. The rest of the cheese is still safe to eat.

5. Standard delivery packaging is with plastic bag and ice-packs.
