Rosalie Cheese operates two dedicated production facilities—one for cheese and one for snacks—to maintain strict separation and uphold the highest quality standards. We comply with rigorous food manufacturing, packaging, and HALAL regulations to ensure product integrity at every step.
Our cheese production facility is certified by BPOM (Indonesia’s National Agency of Drug and Food Control), ensuring all dairy products are made in a clean, secure, and controlled environment.
Our snack production facility holds a PIRT certification (Home Industry Product Permit), which guarantees compliance with food safety standards for products like grissini, cookies, and an exciting range of new items in development.
