Goat Cheese Egg Toast

Ingredients:

•Two eggs

•Fresh goat cheese; Chevre

•Sourdough, toasted

•Cashew nuts, finely chopped

•Fresh parsley & dill, finely chopped

•Olive oil

•Salt & black pepper


How to make :

1. Boil eggs over medium-high heat (cook for 7 minutes)

2. Transfer them to a bowl with ice water (for 3-4 minutes) and gently peel eggs;

3. Make a topping by stirring cashew nuts, parsley, dill, olive oil, and fresh goat cheese, Chevre;

4. Then top the toast with eggs, then smash with a fork; season with salt and black pepper;

5. Drizzle prepared topping over the top and serve it!
