Halloumi Satay with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  Halloumi Cheese
•  120 gr Peanut Butter
•  5 tsp Brown Sugar
•  85 ml Coconut Milk
•  1 Chili finely chopped
•  2 tsp Soy Sauce
•  2 tsp Fish Sauce
•  Vegetable Oil

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, put coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, fish sauce, chilli, and sugar

2. Heat gently until melted

3. Stir until smooth then set aside to cool

4. Unpack halloumi cheese from Rosalie

5. Thread the cubes of Halloumi on skewer

6. Brush the halloumi with vegetable oil

7. Cook the halloumi on all sides until slightly charred

8. Serve halloumi satay with peanut sauce
