Strawberry Cheesecake (No Baked)

Here’s a perfect dessert for a get-together with your family or loved ones. This is a no-bake version of cheesecake in a glass with fresh strawberry compote. Have fun with different flavors and toppings, too!

Ingredients:

• 8 pcs Rosalie Gluten-Free Cheese Choco Cookies

• 1 tbsp Melted Butter

• 50 ml Milk

• 150 g Cream Cheese

• 50 g Yogurt

• Fresh Strawberries

• 1 tbsp Sugar

• 1 cup Water

Instructions:

Cookie Crumbs (Base) :

Crush the Rosalie Gluten-Free Cookies (8 pcs) into crumbs, and mix in the (1 tbsp) melted butter. Use a splash of milk if you need to form a crumbly mixture. Add to the bottom of the glass.

No-Bake Cheesecake:

Mix (150 g ) Cream Cheese & (50 g) Yogurt until smooth, and add (50 ml) milk until it’s a creamy texture. Taste & adjust as you’d like. Add to the glass over the cookie crumbles.

Strawberry Compote (Top) :

Add fresh strawberries, sugar & water to a medium saucepan. Stir to combine and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally


Repeat with one more of each layer. Place in the fridge until ready to eat. Enjoy!
